structure, an elegant graphic mark that
outlines the backrest supporting the
cushioning, inspired by the art of surrealist
painter Salvador Dalì. A proposal that
combines the logical with the irrational in
a play of opposites between minimalism
and figurative exuberance, indoor and
outdoor finishes. The structure features a
tubular steel backrest, while the seat has
a marine plywood structure, fully padded
with eco-friendly polyurethane made with
low CO2 emissions. The seat is covered for
outdoor use with water-repellent polyester
fibre fabrics available in different colours,
but also for indoor use with fabrics and
aniline leather. The collection includes
the Babou Lounge armchair, Babou Pouf,
and Babou Modular, the modular system,
which, thanks to a simple connection
system, combines lounge chairs and poufs
to create a modular set-up that meets all
aesthetic and space requirements.
