• 29 February – KSA will be helping
Grass celebrate the opening of their
new experience centre in Cape
Town, as well as hosting a leap year
industry networking evening at BSH
appliances in Johannesburg.
• 7 March – KSA CT will host
their annual golf day at Hazendal.

• 13 March – We will be hosting a
three hour CPD workshop with
Blum on ageing in place and
accessibility kitchen design. This
topic is central to both themes in the
KSA’s student kitchen design project
and has provoked a lot of interest
from the industry. This will be 0.4
point accredited by the IID and
SACP – enquiries can be directed to
capetown@ksa.co.za
• 14 March – an industry networking
event to showcase new products
and updates from hosts Whirlpool,
Union Tiles and Upper Edge
Products.
• 15 May – save the date has already
gone out for this, one of our largest
events – the Gauteng industry
showcase. This year it will be held at
Riversands Farm and once again will
provide a full day of networking and
CPD talks. Enquiries can be made to

• 19 September – it may be a while
away but we are already being asked
about the date for our 2024 Gauteng
golf day.

There are plenty of other dates in
process – please keep an eye on our social
media and website calendar for new
events.
Finally, sadly March will see us saying
goodbye to Carmen Howard our Western
Cape regional representative who has
been with the KSA the past six years. She
will be leaving us during the course of
March. We wish her well with her new
endeavours and will be looking for a
forward thinking person to join the KSA
