young designers keen on establishing
sustainably successful ventures. These
individuals typically boast over three
years of experience in the industry
and demonstrate a strong drive for
advancement, whether as independent
practitioners or integral parts of their
company's succession plans.
The event was meticulously crafted to
explore strategies aimed at enhancing
these designers' business acumen,
essential for their growth and success in
the industry. Professional and Senior
Professional members of IID, Andrea
Kleinloog, Andrew Mills, and Tuami Zulu,
generously imparted their invaluable
