                 he elements of design are the
                 building blocks of what a visual
           Tartist or graphic designer uses to
           make a successful composition.
             The 7 elements of design are designed
           to assist us to balance an interior scheme
           so that the finished look is aesthetically
           pleasing as well as functional.
             Seven elements of design are:  space,
           line, form, light, colour, texture and
           pattern. A balance of these elements is
           vital to every scheme. Balance, on the
           other hand, is extremely important in our
           daily lives. It helps us to relax and live our
           lives to the fullest.

           •   Space is the first and most important
               element of the interior. In order to
               achieve cosiness and functionality,
               it is necessary to measure the room
               and estimate the distance between
               the furniture. The next important
               step is to think about the distance
