Lindy
Design: Marco Spatti
arco Spatti designs the Lindy seating collection for Bross,
conceived to fit easily alongside tables, desks and consoles.
MGraceful and light in the chair version, more enveloping and
structured in the armchair option, Lindy portrays Bross craftsmanship in
woodworking through small details. The clearest example of this is given
by the backrest, a graphic sign that characterises the collection: the curved
wood, into which the legs are inserted with rounded lines, provides the
ideal support for the upholstered part, integrated without interruption,
which softens the seat at back height and
allows for contrasting plays between
the shell and upholstery finishes. In
the armchair, this upper part opens
outward to give the complement a
stronger identity, but also to better
accommodate the forearms when
sitting. Finally, the slight inclination of the
back legs emphasizes the dynamic feel of
the collection.
Lindy, upholstered in fabric or leather,
is available with a natural, stained or
lacquered ash wood structure. dw
